Beautiful weekend in Dallas for the St. Paddy's Day celebration on Greenville Avenue. In the picture, we're holding our first beers of the day. What you can't see is the 18 pack of beer we just purchased from the gas station behind us. We mainly hung out on the street and watched the crazy train of people parade by. After a while, we took a break from people watching to have lunch at the San Francisco Rose. We had little burger sliders that were delicious, especially when you've had a few beers. I so recommend this place.

Megan "Mego" Smith celebrated her 2nd birthday at California Pizza Kitchen at Stonebriar this past weekend. And like any cute girly-girl, she had to ride the carousal that's inside the mall. So Craig carried her birthday presents all donned in pink inside the mall for her party. (Mego is Craig's step-brother's daughter... making her our step-niece?)

In the first Photo, it looks like Craig has an earring on his right ear. As I looked at it more closely, I realized that it was just the number for the pump at the gas station they were drinking at! Which, by the way, is completely Illegal and I've gone to Jail for something much less than that! Thanks a lot Mineral Wells Police!
Never noticed the "earring" on Craig in the photo until now. That's funny! We weren't drinking at the gas station, we were drinking on the corner in front of the gas station. Everything was basically free reign that day. I'm sure we could have been drinking at the pump and no one would have said a word. Even though Dallas can be as bad as Mineral Wells!
